THIS IS A IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

UPDATE* I launched a server, lets just see how many people play.

Hellswinter has been offline for some time now,  i have only lost interest because you the community has, these type of projects are only as strong as the community that supports them

i am not sure what happened to hellswinter be we went from having 25+ online to none.  and it all seems to happen shortly after we updated the website, and i had thought perhaps the site was too heavy to load for some, hence the most recent theme change, i loved my previous design but if it drives away players its not practical  to use so, this topic will be open for comment, and i encourage everyone that would like to provide feedback on why they left via a comment.


now, here comes the main part. doe we start a hellswinter server back up?  I've checked on everything and the latest server is 3.3.2  i could update the server to this today and have it up and playable by tonight.   but i will not do this without knowing i'm doing it for someone to play here.  as it is you may not realize how much resources it cost me to keep this server up,   it uses a lot of my servers resources.   i do however have a pretty high-end server that runs this realm.  however it runs several other websites and a few FPS game servers as well.   its not hurting for resources however it uses about 15-20% of my total resources to keep this realm up.  now it may not seem like a lot but it in fact is when talking about server environments   especially for one single process to utilize


so, here it is, from the desk of the Administration.   What do you want us to do?

NOTE:   if we in fact do reinstate the hellswinter realm,   it will be a single realm only!    this realm will be a blizzlike-ish  server with medium low rates,   and no malls.  this decision was made due to feedback from the community,  suggesting that players were too easily bored with a Fun Server
